My place is less than 5 years old and had some dripping water coming inside from the peak of a roof. It had stopped dripping a few hours later but I needed to find out where the water was getting in.I called Scott and he came by in <24hrs. He arrived on time and diagnosed a likely ice damming situation. Advised us to watch for more leaking as the temps climb and call him back if it does.Knowledgeable, professional and punctual. Let me start by saying I can recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations!We became aware of roof problems after some drywall on our ceiling fell off. We contacted our insurance company who sent a contractor to evaluate the roof. The roof was damaged, but the insurance company claimed it was old damage and thus would not cover it. We had an insurance claim on the roof in 2017 after a storm in which probably 80% of the house in our neighborhood got new roofs, but insurance said we didn't need a new roof and only paid for a few siding and screen damages. We contacted Bold Brothers and Jake Siebold came out to take a look. He agreed there was old damage, but thought it could have occurred in 2017. He advised us on strategy for dealing with the insurance company. We appealed to the insurance company, and they sent a another contractor (a "forensic engineer") who inspected the roof and agreed that the damage was old. After addition appeals to the insurance, they agreed to re-open our 2017 claim and buy us a new roof. Throughout this process, Jake was tremendously supportive and held our hands throughout this whole process, kept in close touch and also dealt with the insurance company. Once we had the go ahead from insurance, Bold Brothers was able to quickly schedule the job and completed the roof replacement in 1 day (excepts for gutters, which occurred a few days later). We also received a few new attic vents and soffit vents. The crew cleaned up after themselves very throughly. Jake followed up with inspections and personal contact. The new roof looks great and the work was well done.I have no doubt that without Jake and Bold Brother's effort we would not have succeeded in getting the insurance company to honor our claim. I recommend Bold Brothers without any reservations - a rarity for me!

Several of our neighbors have had their roofs repaired using Bold Brothers. We decided that we should have our roof inspected and called Bold Brothers. Jake arrived on time, inspected our roof and told us that we had 'the best roof he had seen in our neighborhood'. Nothing needed to be done. But he did go back up and caulk some nails at no charge. We definitely recommend these guys.

Our 30 year old home in Arvada need the roof and gutters replaced; water was pooling and leaking into our interior. Jake was our guy, he came over worked with the inspector and got us the most out of our insurance company. Jake worked with the insurance to continuously follow up and keep them committed to paying the full amount and depreciation. The work was quality and went pretty quickly as well. Bold Brothers is a great local business, family owned, and I highly recommend using them for any roof or gutter damage repair!

In my 75 years, I have never had to replace a roof. We are fortunate that this was the case after owning several homes, but recently due to the hailstorm that struck our home and several in our area last August, we experienced the entire roof replacement process from top to bottom. We began by contacting Bold Brothers Roofing since they had just finished replacing a roof across the street and our neighbors were very pleased. Jake came out, inspected our roof, took photographs and explained in great detail why a new roof was necessary. Can’t say enough good things about Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing. After agreeing to replace our roof, Jake pretty much took it from there. He met with our home insurance adjuster on-site, helped us pick out a new roof (more difficult than I ever would have thought) and completely oversaw the entire roof installation process. Every step went smoothly, thanks to Jake. The crew that installed the roof from Bold Brothers was very professional, competent, and friendly. When the crew left at the end of day, you could not tell that a new roof was installed; no scrap of roofing material was left in our yard. In a world of shady and questionable roofing companies, Bold Brothers is a standout - could not be more pleased with them. Locally based, they are honest, responsive, ethical and go above and beyond. Highly recommended!After the two 85+ mph windstorms in late December, several of my neighbors reported wind damage. Jake and his crew from Bold Brothers came out and did a thorough inspection. A neighbor's tree fell on a portion of our roof. I researched roofers and decided on Bold Brothers Roofing, and I'm glad I did. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, taking time to explain any time I had questions.My insurance company fought tooth and nail to pay out as little as they possibly could, but luckily I had a strong advocate in Jake. He worked on my behalf and eventually got the insurance company to pay out what the job would actually cost. I'm certain if I had been dealing with them by myself I would have ended up paying a significant amount out of pocket.Even though I had a small job - just a section of my roof, I always felt as important to Bold Brothers as any other customer, even ones with much bigger, more lucrative jobs. Bold Bros is awesome! Brian Danna came to my house the same day I called. I had a tough situation where I needed to have some very old panels removed from my roof before the new roof was installed. Every other company I called told me they didn't remove panels. Brian and his team were not scared at all! They estimated 3 days for removal and install, they did it in 2! He was very professional and even helped me decide between different colors of flashing and different styles of shingles. They replaced some of the ugly vents on my roof and painted them all to match. After the install was complete, Brian came back two more times with a magnet and swept my yard for nails. Some of my gutters got scratched up from ladders and he even helped me paint them. I went with a 50 year shingle so ill never need a new roof again but I am certainly calling these guys for my rental properties!

We had a significant amount of shingles blown off our roof in a recent windstorm. Bold Brothers (Jake in particular) came out and inspected our roof - tarped the damaged areas and worked with our insurance company to have the entire roof replaced. Jake's level of communication and professionalism is second to none. I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everything moved exactly as stated - no surprises. Bold Brothers takes a stressful situation and makes it a breeze. Even their billing structure was handled in such a way that I was never out of pocket a penny more than my insurance deductible. I am a first-time homeowner I was a bit nervous selecting my first contractor for my home in Lakewood. As it turns out, the house I purchased had a significant roofing issue due to faulty work by the previous roofer. The boards of the roof were so compromised they would not survivor another winter. This last summer there were noticeable leaks in my roof. I ended up calling Jake to have him come out and look at the problem. In a matter of days his team coordinated with my insurance company to assess the damage. I had a vague understanding of how things would work with insurance. Jake articulated how Bold Brothers will handle every situation and in doing so he did a good job explaining the effectiveness of a new roof plus knew all the ins and outs of insurance companies. All in all I am pleased with the work because it was fast and efficiently done and it will save me problems down the road.

Recently, Bold Brothers Roofing replaced my roof and did other projects in restoring my home.This was a unique project because of the roof configuration, and they researched the appropriate method to restore the roof. Additionally, there were other factors to consider including: no insulation in the roof (which they added), removal of swamp cooler (wasps included), reconfiguring the carport, adding additional lighting and the repair and replacement of gutters and fascia.The whole process was managed by Jake Seibold, with additional support from the Bold Brothers team the final inspection prior to signing off on the completed project.The crew was supervised daily and both Nick and Jake ensured that daily cleanup was completed prior to them leaving the site.Bold Brothers Roofing is trustworthy, and it is without hesitation that I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for roof replacement or repairs.

Bold Brothers Roofing is a company of the highest integrity. They have excellent products and they are totally meticulous throughout the entire installation process. Nick and Scott are very responsive and provided us with comprehensive, detailed and accurate quotes that were honored to the letter. We could not be more pleased with our new roof and would not hesitate to use Bold Brothers for all our future roofing and maintenance needs. We just recently called to request a check up on our rooftop dryer vent and Sarah got us scheduled immediately. Nick arrived right on time to take care of us. The production manager for my project, Devan Gallardo, was incredible. I have never been so impressed with someone who did exactly what they said they were going to do. He also was extremely fast returning my calls and or answering questions for me. Getting a new roof is very stressful (if you are in the house) and it was reassuring to know that the person in charge of my project was that great.I found Bold Brothers Roofing through Home Advisors and that was a pleasant surprise. Home Advisors had several companies contact me and when I met Scott Seibold, one of the owners, I decided that I wanted to hire them. Bold Brothers is a local company and they had excellent reviews. My proposal was precisely in line with my insurance policy paperwork (hail damage) and changes were due to the accrual materials were made and handled with my insurance company directly. That was great! Another plus was that Scott’s wife, Sara, works in the office and she helped navigate the insurance paperwork questions that I had as well. She was a very nice person, too.All in all, I would recommend Bold Brothers Roofing 110% for your roof replacement and if you have Devan Gallardo as your production manager, you are in excellent hands.

Bold Brothers were fantastic! We met with 4-5 potential companies and really appreciated Bold Brothers’ expertise and communication with us and with our insurance company. Out of all of the companies we received quotes from, they were the only ones who recognized that our roofing materials were not assessed by insurance properly as the higher quality (hail-resistant, class 4) product they were, and this our insurance company was not covering that product for replacement. Even though this took longer and was more work on their part, Scott and his team made sure to follow up closely and we were very pleased with how they navigated this. And our roof and gutters ended up looking great and they did a wonderful job of cleanup.

Jake Seibold of Bold Brother's Roofing managed the roofing project at my house. The experience was really hassle free on my side of it. He worked directly with my insurance company, came out with their adjuster, even completed the paperwork for our HOA. When the roofers came out to do the work, Jake stayed the entire time to ensure the job was done right. He even got on the roof and painted some of fascia with paint I had saved. Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing did a great job on replacing my mother-in-laws roof. From the start, Jake did a great job inspecting the roof and letting me know he felt we had a valid insurance claim. Jake then came out when the insurance adjuster was doing his inspection and he pointed out areas to the adjuster. Even after the insurance claim was submitted, Jake worked to get supplemental claims processed so that gutters, fascia and window well covers were covered.The actual roofing took 2 days as they had to add OSB sheeting to the roof to make it code compliant, which was another supplemental claim. Jake, as Project Manager, was on-site all day to make sure the job went smoothly. His brother Nick, the owner, also came during the installation and helped clear tree branches from around a shed roof - he should have received hazard pay due to all the wasps he encounteredI was impressed with the time that Bold Brothers Roofing and Jake took to make sure the job was done correctly, and I plan on using them when my roof needs replacing.

Everyone involved did a quality job and was extremely professional. I highly recommend Bold Brothers. Our roof and gutters look amazing and they upgraded our skylights which look so much nicer on the inside. They definitely exceeded our expectations.

Jake was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable when it came to explaining every detail needed for our roof. With just a few days remaining before the one-year insurance claim filing deadline expired, my neighbor introduced me to Jake of Bold Brothers Roofing. From my first meeting with Jake to the final approval of the county permit, replacement of my roof due to hail damage was very smooth, very easy, and very stress free. Jake’s impressive knowledge of roofing replacement and the insurance process resulted in a beautiful new roof that I believe to be of a much higher quality than the original. The appearance of the new roof enhances the total look of my house, it looks fantastic, and I trust the quality of workmanship. Jake was very helpful describing all the details of the project and he was present on-site during construction to assure everything was done properly. Additionally, Jake was able to successfully work with my insurance company to obtain proper payments under my policy. As an added bonus, Jake worked with me in order to upgrade to a higher class of impact resistant shingle. The work crew was very professional, courteous, and cleanup of scuff marks on the house and yard debris was very through.Bold Brothers Roofing being an established local, Colorado company provides me with assurance they’ll be around to help with any issues that might arise down the road.

Getting a new roof replacement was my last project before getting my house ready to sell. I knew the hardest part would be choosing a roofer, since they are everywhere in Colorado. I narrowed down my selection to a handful from the Home Advisor website and had some free estimates taken. Out of the ones that came to do the estimates, Jake Seibold from Bold Brothers Roofing stood out to me as being the best choice. He told me to choose based on whom I felt most comfortable with, and that left a lasting impression. I went with my instinct and was very glad I did. He was friendly and communicative. He was personable without being unprofessional. He was informative without being pushy. He was patient and educational in his explanations without being condescending or requiring a down payment. He was able to work with the insurance company to get additional items covered, and he worked within my budget without sacrificing integrity. He handled everything from insurance to construction, taking all the remaining stress off of me. On the day of installation (July 24), a large crew arrived at 7am and covered the perimeter of the house, and then pounded away. They worked diligently and swiftly with Jake supervising the whole time. Jake even stayed until 9pm to make sure that everything was thoroughly cleaned up. The next morning I had an attractive new roof and a sense of relief from a job well done. The next day it passed inspection. I highly recommend Jake and Bold Brothers Roofing.

Bold Brothers Roofing did a wonderful job on my roof replacement. The initial bid was clear and project manager, Jake Siebold provided “good,” “better” and “best” material upgrade options clearly and concisely. The project price was reasonable, and the upgrades were reasonably priced as well. Throughout the project, Jake Siebold was the real go to guy. He really was the project manager. He kept in touch, he was there with his work force the whole time, and really helped me feel comfortable during the process. Some things he did, I felt were above and beyond the call. The day of installation, Bold Brothers sent a large crew and everyone was hard at it the whole time until the roof was done. Following installation, clean up was very thorough. The roof immediately passed inspection. My neighbor across the street, who also watched the whole installation, commented on how hard the guys worked and how efficient they seemed. As I was having a solar system installed on the new roof, Jake coordinated with them and was really helpful during the solar installation process as well. The solar company project manager commented to me during the solar installation about the roofing project, saying that he felt the materials used were exceptional and installation was superb. I can’t imagine how this project could have gone more smoothly or left me feeling more satisfied. I highly recommend Bold Brothers Roofing and Jake Siebold for the work they’ve done on my home.

Jake came out for a free estimate because we had a lot of hail damage in our area. He took the time to describe everything and answer all my questions. He brought samples of the materials and colors to my home to see, feel, touch and explained the purpose of the materials. The roofers did a fast, professional job and cleaned up after themselves. When they came out, everything was done in one day. They were also careful not to damage any plants, or patio furniture along the sides of the house. They were also very kind to my animals outside. The county inspector also informed me these guys were the best he’d seen. I would recommend Jake and Bold Brothers’ Roofing over and over.

I can’t recommend Bold Brothers enough!! They say integrity matters and they actually follow through with that belief. Having an onsite project manager sets them apart from other roofing companies. Tyler was here the entire day. He answered all of my questions and was wonderful to work with. Part of our roof is super steep (high pitch) which made some other roofers we met with kinda nervous, but Bold Brothers made sure they had the right team to handle the job correctly the first time around. We had a one day install and didn’t have any issues. Everything promised during our initial meeting was delivered without question. We had to pay for the roof out of our own pocket and they didn’t try to upsell us. All of which is super rare. We couldn’t be happier that we chose Bold Brothers! In a town with a million roofers to choose from, there is a reason why Bold Brothers has consistently positive reviews and they have been around for so many years.

What an absolute pleasure it was doing business with Bold Brothers. From the very first meeting with Scott Seibold to the finish of the job the customer service was top notch. Scott came out to evaluate the damage from a hail storm and advised us we needed to replace our roof. After the initial consultation Scott came out when the insurance adjuster did and insured all of the damage was noticed and accounted for and got us all that we were due when it came to our claim. From there Jake Seibold came out and went over all of the prdocuts and options with us. What a sharp and polite young man Jake was! He helped us upgrade from the builder materials that were used and also helped us pick a new roofing color that makes our house look like a million bucks!!!! When it was time for the roof to be installed we had the pleasure of working with Tyler Morgan who over saw the quality of the work being performed. You can tell Tyler takes great pride in his job and truly cares that his customers are happy and their homes are well taken care of. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to have found this company. They took a scary and overwhelming process and made it easy and a lot less overwhelming. If you need anything roofing related done stop looking and call Bold Brothers they do business they way it is supposed to be done and make you feel like a family friend. Couldn't have been happier! Being fairly new homeowners dealing with some major hail damage had me a little overwhelmed at first, we actually had holes in the roof! I called Bold Brothers after the storm and right away Scott and his team came to my house and completed a very thorough inspection and covered the holes with tarps. Scott helped me work with my insurance to setup an adjuster and was there during this inspection. Scott and team had my best interests in mind when they noticed damage that I had missed and made sure I was properly compensated for my losses. After the inspection I was given all of my options and was able to pick what works best for me. We ended up choosing the Duration Storm shingles which is getting us a major discount through insurance. The installation was very smooth and we were able to get the whole house, shed and chicken coop re-decked and new shingles! There were some items that the adjuster did not account for during his inspection but Scott and team worked hard behind the scenes to take care of all of the supplements. For something that had me stressing at first, Bold Brothers Roofing exceeded my expectations greatly. I would and have recommended this company to others and will be using them in the future for all my roofing / gutter needs.Thank you guys for doing such great work!

Was changing cooling system at our house. I was replacing our roof mounted evaporation cooler with a whole house air conditioner. I needed to have the swamp cooler replaced and the hole in the roof repaired. I called Bold Brothers Roofing and they came out ant took off the cooler and repaired the roof. They found tiles that matched exactly to the existing tiles. The job was done very professionally and they also repaired some other problem areas on the roof I was not aware existed at the time. Very good company.

Scott and Nick are fantastic to work with! Pro's all the way. Scott consulted with me and helped me choose the best color, shingle thickness and shingle style for my home. When the project began, the order came in just as I had ordered it, the correct color and correct shingle. Scott took care of everything...pulling permits and HOA approvals. I did not have to worry about any of it. It was done and done correctly. When the project started one brother or the other remained on site to supervise my new roof and gutter replacement project. I really liked that. The price quoted and the price that I paid were both the same and extremely fair. No hidden extra charges. Everything was upfront and honest. Absolutely the best customer service experience I've ever had! From beginning to end! I am a single women in my 50s and thus, probably not the easiest person to work with as I had so many questions which were repeated several times over the months of waiting on my insurance company to respond. Scott was very patient with me, sincere, polite and helpful. Always answered his phone when I was calling. He helped me by being the middle man for my window contractor and my insurance company. Scott made several phone calls and faxed the estimate for the windows more than once and we waited and waited for a response. We wanted to have the windows installed prior to the roof and thus the wait. Scott did not have to get involved regarding the windows but he did it knowing I was overwhelmed with the process. Also, Scott came out to my home to help alleviate my fears about the color I chose which he would have changed at the last second had I wanted to do so.Scott also gave me a very fair deal with my roof, staying with in the allotted amount from the insurance company, even with upgrades. The installation went very smoothly with Bold Brothers foreman watching over the process, who was also very polite and patient with me. I had a “turtle vent” that was damaged beyond repair which could have leaked into my attic. Scott covered the vent with a tarp right away to prevent any damage. With the new roof, the vent was taken out, the hole was patched with wood and a new venting system was installed, called Ridge Venting. After the installation I had dealings with Nick, who like the others, was very polite and patient with me regarding payment. I am so very pleased with my new roof and the whole experience. I felt respected throughout the process. They are very honest and go above and beyond for their customers. I would recommend Bold Brothers Roofing to anyone and everyone!
